Dear colleagues,

As you all know, SCS systematically evaluates its BS in CS program on an 
annual basis. This annual program assessment is to identify ways to 
improve the quality of the program and implement appropriate changes to 
the program.

The SCS 2004-2005 assessment schedule will be as follows:



       Jan 21        Area Coordinator reports are submitted to the
             Assessment Coordinator

       Feb/11        Assessment Director's report is submitted to SCS
             Curriculum Committee

       March/11     SCS Curriculum Committee Submits CS program Changes
             to the faculty

       April/1      Faculty Meeting to discuss the proposed curriculum
             changes

       April/8      Approved curriculum changes are submitted to A&S
             Curriculum committee

This year Jai will be the SCS Assessment Director.

respective coordinators:

Subject Areas:

     Programming: COP 2210, COP 3337, COP 3530, COP 4338, COP 4555.
     Software Engineering: CEN 4010, CEN 4015, CEN 4021.
